Shawn Edward Coy II

ASHTABULA - Shawn Edward Coy II, 22, passed away August 29, 2019 at Metro Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio.

He was born in Ashtabula on January 14, 1997 the loving son of Sheila (Ziegler) and Shawn Coy.

He was a 2015 Lakeside High School and A-Tech graduate.

Shawn was a precision machinist and work for local Tool & Die Manufactures.

Shawn loved the outdoors.  He enjoyed fishing, BMX, video games, Halloween and his friends.  Shawn had a huge heart and he loved his family.  He will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his parents: Sheila (Bill) Coy and Shawn (Becky) Coy; his maternal grandmother Carole Ziegler; his paternal grandparents Patty and Gary Coy; his step-siblings Courtney and Craig as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Bill Ziegler.

Services will be held on Friday evening at 8:00, with calling hours from 6:00-8:00 at Czup Funeral Home, 1329 Lake Avenue., Ashtabula.
